In conjunction with Cedar Park Church, Catalyst Drama is proud to be presenting The Rented Christmas in December 2011.

John Dale, a bachelor and prominent business man, hasn’t enjoyed a “real Christmas” for years.  So, on the spur of the moment, he decides to rent a Christmas complete with a wife and a family.  Anne Weston, who owns the local rent shop, believes that she has creatively solved the problem of procuring a Christmas family until the young actors come down with the measles.  Her last hope is to turn to the local orphanage.  This heart warming story of how John’s Christmas turns into a new life for all concerned makes this a delightful story for the entire family.
